Applied Science: Exploring Data Analytics
The student successfully completed a course in Data Analytics, gaining foundational knowledge in analyzing and interpreting large datasets to support informed business decision-making. This course introduced the student to key concepts and techniques in data collection, preparation, exploratory analysis, and risk identification and mitigation.
The student explored real-world case studies to apply data analytics in practical workplace scenarios and developed an understanding of the ethical and privacy considerations involved in handling data. Emphasis was placed on best practices for data protection and anonymization. Completion of this course demonstrates the student’s ability to approach business problems with data-driven solutions and a strong awareness of ethical responsibilities in data management.
